Dr. Wendy Schauer has been a
practicing chiropractor for 14
years. Many of her patients have
chronic pain due to weakness.
They are lacking core and back
strength. They feel better with
chiropractic adjustments but the
relief is temporary. Dr. Schauer
got interested in Kettlebells
through Pavel Tsatsouline, MS.
Pavel is the gentleman who
brought Kettlebells from Russia
to the United States.
Exercises with
Kettlebells
utilize the entire body - legs,
butt, abs, arms. You can get
strength, cardio, and
flexibility all in one.
Kettlebells are excellent for
strengthening the lower back.
Dr. Schauer had chronic low back
pain for years which she treated
with chiropractic, acupuncture,
and massage. It was only after
one month after training with
Kettlebells that she was
relieved of her pain.
Dr. Schauer became a certified
Kettlebell instructor (RKC) in
April 2005.

Kettlebells Class Update!
Beginning in November the
"Introduction To KettleBells"
class will only be offered on
the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each
month. This will take effect on
Tuesday, November 6th. The start
time for the classes will remain
at 6:45P.M.
